深圳市清華苑工程結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定有限公司的前身先后為：深圳清華大學(xué)研究院城市建設(shè)研究所及深圳市清華苑建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司的工程結(jié)構(gòu)診治中心，成立于1999年7月，是深圳市最早開(kāi)展建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)安全性檢測(cè)鑒定的單位之一。自成立以后，與清華大學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)中心合作，共同承擔(dān)工程結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)鑒定、加固設(shè)計(jì)、增層改造及科研任務(wù)。2008年12月16日，具有獨(dú)立法人資格的深圳市清華苑工程結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定有限公司正式成立，原公司的檢測(cè)鑒定業(yè)務(wù)全部納入此公司。公司擁有一支既能承擔(dān)工程結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)與鑒定服務(wù)，又能承擔(dān)國(guó)家重大科研課題的理論水平高、工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的專業(yè)技術(shù)隊(duì)伍。公司人員組成中有：中國(guó)工程院院士、國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼專家、教授、國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師、高級(jí)工程師和眾多專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。公司擁有三百多平米的辦公室、會(huì)議室、檔案室、試驗(yàn)室，并配置了齊全的儀器設(shè)備及結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算軟件。
公司目前獲得的資質(zhì)有：檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書(shū)(廣東省質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局頒發(fā))、建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)證書(shū)(深圳市住房和建設(shè)局頒發(fā))、實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可證書(shū)(中國(guó)合格評(píng)定國(guó)家認(rèn)可委員會(huì)頒發(fā))、檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)可證書(shū)(中國(guó)合格評(píng)定國(guó)家認(rèn)可委員會(huì)頒發(fā))，深圳市住房和建設(shè)局網(wǎng)站上公布的“深圳市第一批房屋安全鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)名錄”，我單位是其中的六家之一。

在清華校訓(xùn)“自強(qiáng)不息，厚德載物”的指引下，公司全體員工努力工作，技術(shù)精益求精，贏得顧客和社會(huì)的支持與信任， 1999年7月至今共完成工業(yè)建筑(廠房類建筑)和民用建筑(含居住建筑、公共建筑)的檢測(cè)鑒定工作數(shù)千項(xiàng)：包括深圳市數(shù)百所學(xué)校建筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)安全性檢測(cè)鑒定;建筑物火災(zāi)后主體結(jié)構(gòu)安全性檢測(cè)鑒定等等。
與此同時(shí)，近十年來(lái)我們一直致力于建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)安全性檢測(cè)鑒定方面的科研工作，參與了若干科研課題及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編制工作，如：《建筑物全壽命周期質(zhì)量安全管理制度研究》(建設(shè)部科研課題)、《高聳與復(fù)雜鋼結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)與鑒定技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn))、《既有建筑鑒定與加固技術(shù)規(guī)范》(國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn))、《深圳市既有房屋結(jié)構(gòu)安全隱患排查技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《深圳市校舍抗震安全隱患排查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等。
本公司的業(yè)務(wù)范圍主要是建筑物主體結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性檢測(cè)鑒定，如：學(xué)校建筑、歷史遺留生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)性違法建筑等已有建筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)安全性檢測(cè)鑒定及病害診治;大型、復(fù)雜工程的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程監(jiān)測(cè)與結(jié)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)及高層建筑、高聳結(jié)構(gòu)、特種結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力特性現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試及數(shù)據(jù)分析;建筑物震后或火災(zāi)后評(píng)估與地震損傷分析;土建工程健康診治科研等。

Tsinghua Yuan Engineering Structures Inspection Ltd. Shenzhen was founded in July 1999, grew out of the Urban Construction Institute of Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, and Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Structures of Tsinghua Yuan Architectural Design Ltd. SZ. It is one of the earliest institutions in Shenzhen to carry out safety inspection and appraisal of building structures. Since its establishment, it has been working jointly with the Structural Test Center of Tsinghua University to undertake engineering structure tests and appraisals, strengthening design, storey-adding design and other researches. On December 16, 2008, Tsinghua Yuan Engineering Structures Inspection Ltd. Shenzhen was established as an independent legal entity, the original company's test and appraisal business was fully incorporated into this company. The company has a professional and technical team with rich experience both in theoretical research and engineering. The company can not only provide the service of engineering structure inspection and appraisal, but also be able to undertake major national scientific research projects. In the team, there are academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, experts with special allowances under the State Council, professors, National Class I registered structural engineers, senior engineers and many professional and technical personnel. The company has more than 300 square meters of offices, conference rooms, archives, laboratories, and is equipped with a complete range of instruments, equipments and various advanced structure design software.
At present, the company has obtained the following qualifications: China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval Certificate (issued by Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision), Qualification Certificate of Construction Engineering quality Inspection Agency (issued by Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen), Laboratory Accreditation Certificate (issued by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment), Inspection Body Accreditation Certificate (issued by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment). The company is one of six in “the list of the first batch of housing safety appraisal institutions in Shenzhen”, according to Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau.

The company specializes in the safety testing and appraisal of the structures of the buildings, such as structural safety detection, appraisal, damage diagnosis and rehabilitation of existing buildings including: school buildings, illegally operated industrial buildings left over by history, etc.; The company also conducts site engineering monitoring, structural test for large and complex projects , site test and data analysis of dynamic properties for high-rise buildings, structures and other special structures, evaluation and damage analysis of buildings after earthquake or fire, and other research on structure diagnosis and treatment .
